Sali Kintanar graduated cum laude from UP with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. She became a licensed architect in 1994, and a licensed environmental planner in 1998. She completed her masteral classes in Urban Planning at the UP School of Urban and Regional Planning in 2000. Sali worked at Palafox Associates (PA) as part of the planning team from 1994 to 1996 as Designer and Senior Architect & from 1997 to 2000 as part time Consultant while she completed her master’s degree. Since 2000, she has been doing consultancy work as planner for several architectural firms, and has worked on master planning projects including residential subdivisions, resort communities & mixed use projects, as well as on residential architecture, office & retail interior projects.

Nina Santamaria graduated cum laude from the UP College of Architecture in 1993. She became a licensed architect in 1995 and a licensed environmental planner in 1998. Nina gained experience in master planning at Palafox Associates (PA), where she stayed for 11 years, serving as designer, senior architect, project manager, and later as one of four partners of the planning team. Since she left PA, Nina has worked on a variety of master planning projects such as residential subdivisions, resort towns, leisure estates and retirement villages.

Djhoanna Neri-Estalilla obtained her B.S. Architecture degree from the University of the Philippines, graduating cum laude in 1993. She started her professional career at Palafox Associates (PA) in 1993 and became a licensed architect in 1995. Djhoanna was part of the PA planning team until the 1st quarter of 2005. During her 11-year stint at PA, she worked as designer senior project architect, and project manager, and beginning 2004, as partner. After leaving PA, Djhoanna has worked as consultant on several planning projects such as waterfront developments, residential subdivisions, and mixed use developments.
